What is your return/exchange policy?

For hygienic purposes and to ensure the quality of our swimwear, we do not accept returns and exchanges.

What mode of payment do you accept?

  • Bank deposit/online transfer (BDO and BPI)
  • Paypal

*For bank deposit, an email will be sent containing our bank details. Please make sure to provide the correct email address and contact number.

How long does it take for my orders to be processed?

Please give us 24 hours to process your orders. 

Delivery and Shipping

We ship Nationwide. 

We ship from Monday to Saturday only.

No shipping on Sundays and holidays.

We use Zoom Courier and LBC for Metro Manila and provincial shipping.

How much is the shipping fee for Provincial location?

Metro Manila Php 60.00 (Zoom), Php 195.00 (LBC)

Luzon - Php 195.00

Visayas - Php 205.00

Mindanao - Php 205.00

Islander - Php 215.00

What is the timeline for deliveries? 

2-3 days for Metro Manila and 3-5 days for Provincial. 

Please note that any delay caused by the courier is beyond our control.

What if I need my swimsuit right away?

We can arrange for an expedited delivery using  Lalamove or Grab Express. Please email us at inquirysolannaswimwear@gmail.com.

Please note that our customers shoulder the delivery fee.

Will I be informed of my tracking number?

Yes! We will send you an email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed/dispatched.
